Valkyrie to Present at SXSW 2022 Conference
Leading Applied Science Company’s CEO Charlie Burgoyne to Discuss the Future of Machine Learning
AUSTIN, Texas, February 11, 2022 – Valkyrie, an AI company that applies science to build custom solutions, announced that its Founder and CEO Charlie Burgoyne has been selected as a speaker for two sessions at SXSW 2022. This will be Valkyrie’s third appearance at SXSW, with Burgoyne joining the stage as part of the 2022 Panel Picker® on March 12th at the Hilton hotel in downtown Austin.
“How COVID-19 is Changing the Future of Machine Learning”
The first session,”How COVID-19 is Changing the Future of Machine Learning,” will highlight the evolution of both canonical machine learning (CML) and reinforcement machine learning (RML) caused by the pandemic. This session will offer attendees insight into how machine learning technology has rapidly progressed during the pandemic.
“Moneyballing Venture Capital”
In the second session, entitled “Moneyballing Venture Capital,” Burgoyne will be joined by Lanham Napier, CEO of Build Group, Lauren Washinton, CEO of Fundr, and Lawton Cummings, Partner at Notley. This panel provides a unique perspective on the challenges that have traditionally hampered early-stage venture investing and the ways in which an AI-driven fund leverages ML to address them.
